I've had my phone service with Gen mobile and the app for a couple months now. The service is great, signal always strong, never once dropped a call and the app is super easy to navigate, read and understand. very simplified. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I'm totally happy and satisfied. I didn't need to write this to score any points with anyone. no perks. I took the time to write this because it's truly how I feel. thanks gen mobile for reliable service.

Well download the app but can't figure ns where you create an account with them. It goes right to phone number and password. I got the phone number but I never created a password. I tried using the reset password and it said it sent a email, but where did they send the email to because it didn't go to my emails l address also I never set up an account with my email yet. This is confusing, I just need to o go back to T-Mobile. At least there apps and websites are easy to navigate and make sense.

This app does nothing!!! It doesn't keep track of your data or your past usage or anything!!! Then you can repeatedly message them about it and you'll never get a response. What's the point of the app??????? I've contacted them over and over and no one ever has a solution and nó one EVER emails me back! So you say you want to look and help???? Then do it! The app should tell you how much data you have left every month!!! It's so frustrating!!!!!
